These terms cover your use of thelumisstudio.com and the way we work on client projects. Individual projects are governed by the written scope and quote agreed before work starts; these terms fill in the general rules.
Using this site
The content of this site, including text, design, and imagery, belongs to Lumis Studio or its clients and may not be reused without permission. Client work is shown with the clients' knowledge.
Quotes and pricing
Prices shown on this site are starting points. Every project is scoped and priced in writing before work begins, and that written agreement is what applies.
Ownership of work
Once a project is paid in full, you own the website or deliverables we built for you, including the source files agreed in scope. We may show the work in our portfolio unless we agree otherwise.
Care plans
Maintenance plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled anytime with effect from the next billing period. Third-party costs such as domains, hosting, and paid services are billed at cost unless stated otherwise.
Liability
We build carefully and test what we ship, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of third-party platforms, hosting, or services outside our control. Our liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the work concerned.
Governing law
