What we collect

Contact form and project brief: your name, email address, and the project details you choose to share. This is sent to us by email so we can reply to you.

Discovery call bookings: if you book a call, scheduling is handled by Cal.com, which collects your name, email, and chosen time under its own privacy policy.

Chat assistant (Lumi): messages you type into the chat widget are processed by our assistant service to answer your questions. If you share contact details there so we can follow up, we store them as a lead.

Technical data: our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and request time, for security and reliability.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data, run advertising trackers, or share your information with anyone except the service providers named above, and only to the extent needed to operate this site and respond to you.

Cookies and storage

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Your language preference and chat session may be kept in your browser's local storage so the site remembers them between visits.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and leads are kept for as long as needed to discuss and deliver work, and for reasonable business records afterwards. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your rights

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@thelumisstudio.com and we will respond promptly.
